7. Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)

Our website is delivered via the content delivery network Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Traffic runs through Cloudflare’s servers, which forward requests to our website, speed up delivery and protect the website against attacks. In doing so, technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address, is processed. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses may apply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. Online Appointment Booking (DocFinder)

Our website includes a booking button of the service DocFinder, which allows you to book an appointment online. For this purpose, your browser loads scripts from DocFinder’s servers (connect.docfinder.at) and a font from Google (fonts.googleapis.com). Your IP address is transmitted to these providers, in the case of Google possibly also to the USA. If you book an appointment via DocFinder, DocFinder processes the data you enter under its own responsibility. You can find information on this in DocFinder’s privacy policy at www.docfinder.at. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in simple online appointment booking (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where required, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

9. Web Analytics (AnalyticsWP)

We use AnalyticsWP for the statistical evaluation of website usage. The analysis is self-hosted: the usage data collected is processed exclusively in our own WordPress database and is not transmitted to third parties or to third countries. AnalyticsWP works without tracking cookies and processes data in pseudonymized form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a data-minimizing evaluation of website usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

10. Contact Forms & Email Communication

For inquiries via our website we use the form module of our website builder Oxygen. If you contact us via a form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, telephone number, message) is sent to us by email for the purpose of processing your inquiry and is additionally stored in our own WordPress database. It is not passed on to third parties. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by email. The data is retained for a maximum of 3 years, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

11. Newsletter (Sendy)

You can subscribe to our newsletter on our website. We use Sendy for sending it, a self-hosted newsletter software operated on our own server. Your data (name, email address) is stored exclusively on our own servers and is not passed on to third parties. Processing is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by email to us. After you unsubscribe, your data is deleted for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

12. Cookies & Real Cookie Banner

Our website uses cookies. We use the Real Cookie Banner plugin, which on your first visit lets you choose clearly which cookies you consent to. Technically necessary cookies (for example to store the selected language) are set without consent, as they are required for the operation of the website. All other cookies are only activated after your explicit consent. You can adjust or withdraw your cookie settings at any time via the corresponding link on our website. 13. External Link to Social Networks

Our website contains a link to our profile on Instagram. This link opens in a new window directly on the platform. Data is only transferred to Instagram once you actively click on this link. We have no influence on data processing by Instagram.
